FARM AND DAIRY:
To provide immediately accessible food supply (i.e. fresh fruits, vegetable, meat, and dairy products) for daily consumption that is healthy, hygienic, and cost effective.
To be self-sufficient in providing for the nutritional needs of everyone involved on the campus, especially the children who are malnourished and suffering from consequential illnesses.
To provide work and agricultural education for the unemployed in the surrounding rural areas.
To foster among the children an appreciation for nature, animals, natural resources, exercise, and labor by allowing them to be personally involved in the farm.
