CHURCH PLANTING“…Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. How, then, can they
call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them?” Rom. 10: 13-15 Evangelism and Church Planting is the heart of Agape Christian Mission.
The apostle Paul wrote, “Woe to me if I do not preach the gospel!” (I Cor. 9:16) ACM believes that we are given the Gospel, the message of salvation, which is the only hope of humanity. Our strategy is to identify opportunities to share the Gospel in villages and tribal regions, baptizing the receptive groups and nurturing them in the Word of God. Teaching and equipping believers for ministry, and acting as caring missionaries for sharing the gospel are essential goals of ACM. Our Future Plan of Life Centers for Redemptive Communities: We are working to establish worship centers in every region that will meet the needs of believers as well as the entire community. These centers are intended to provide medical care, children's day care, and self-employment training. |
Many of the church planters in remote and tribal villages do not have the means to support a pastor and his family.
There are numerous factors involved: There may not be enough new believers to have an established church, and new believers have not yet learned the biblical principles of tithing. Normally, a pastor and his family in a new church plant requires outside economic assistance for approximately three years, until a church can be established and become self-supportive. By giving a $100 per month, you can sponsor a full-time pastor/missionary in a remote village or tribal area.
