While most leprosy in the world has been eliminated, it is still a challenge in Indian society. While leprosy is preventable with proper diagnosis and medical attention, it is still rampant in India due to lack of education and funds for proper medication.

Lepers usually live outside of villages and cities without basic necessities. Begging is their only method for survival, and it is an alarming fact that lepers’ children are especially vulnerable to the disease. 

ACM is responding to the needs of these groups with whatever resources God has entrusted to us. We are not only providing for their physical needs, but are also sharing with them a future hope in Christ.

We use all of our available resources to provide bags of rice, fruits, clothes, and shoes. Medical care, care for their children, and shelter are the urgent needs of this mission.

The need of the Lepers:

 4. Shoes

5. Clothes

6. Nutrition / food

7. Medicines
